Change Management program with a Dutch/Portuguese engineering company (2018 - June 2021).

"After a Covid break we have restarted working on this exciting program. Instead of face-to-face sessions, we now deliver our training/coaching online in short, bite-sized packages. This has proven to be very effective.

The Program is quite extensive and includes:

- Leadership Programs
- Workshops/Initiatives to optimise communication at all levels
- Support to standardise Project Management tools
- Individual and team coaching."

Between 2018 and January 2020 we delivered a Global Talent Leadership Program for a German client in the automotive industry.
